About the region
NSCCH Service is administered from Gosford and extends from Sydney Harbour to the northern beaches of the Central Coast. The region includes:
- The Central Coast, including much of the Hawkesbury River
- Sydney’s Northern Beaches
- Hornsby & Ku-Ring-Gai
- Ryde
- Sydney’s North Shore
NSCCH comprises hospitals located at Gosford, Wyong, Woy Woy, Long jetty, Royal North Shore, Manly, Mona Vale, Ryde, Hornsby and Macquarie. It has an extensive array of community services. A population of about 1.1million people inhabits 13 local government areas across 2800 square km's. There is considerable diversity in the population we serve and our staff.
